Your organization, isolated and in your hands.
Documents, users, settings, credits and search indexes never cross organizations. Access roles decide which pages each person can open.
Sign-in
Microsoft single sign-on or email.
The person who signs up first creates the organization and becomes its manager. Everyone who joins afterwards starts as an organization user.
Microsoft account
Single sign-on with Microsoft Entra ID. First-time users are registered automatically, and the Mail Messages view of your own mailbox is enabled.
Email and password
Register, confirm from the email you receive, and sign in. Forgot password sends a reset link.
Invitations
Send an invite or copy the link yourself. Links expire after 24 hours. Users can also be synchronized from Active Directory.
Access roles
Three roles. Combine as needed.
A user can hold several roles and sees the union of what each grants. Every page is a menu item; direct links to pages outside a user's roles are blocked.

Organization manager
Everything above, plus users, invitations, departments, Initial Setup, duplicated documents, billing and logs.
Operators
Platform admin
Everything, including system administration, AI settings, reference data and platform logs.
Departments
Organize users by department, with department roles.
Menu exceptions
Add or remove a single page for one user without changing their roles.
Preferences
Set each user's department, language, time zone and theme.
Activity & audit
See who changed what, and when.
Changes made through admin grids are recorded with a history view. Activity Logs list user activity, and Email Logs list every email the system sent. AI can turn technical logs into readable summaries.
Deleting an organization
A deleted organization is kept for 30 days, then permanently purged with its documents, files and search indexes.
Keep at least one manager
Removing the last organization manager leaves nobody able to invite users or change settings.
